Dr. Farida Modi has completed her M.B.B.S from Mumbai University and her M.D from Karnataka University. She is practicing medical dermatology and esthetic dermatology since the last 20 years. Her clinic, DermaCare, situated at Opera House, harbours the latest light, laser and energy based technologies to meet the various needs of esthetic dermatology.
Dr. Farida is the Medical Head of South Mumbai clinics and a medical trainer in Kaya Skin Clinics and has been attached to Saifee Hospital, Masina Hospital and Jamali Hospital in the past.
She is one of the pioneer doctors to initiate the use of various fillers, botulinum toxin and third generation absorbable threads in India and conducts various workshops and training programs. She keeps herself updated with the global trends in medicine by attending various international conferences and international workshops. She has also presented papers and posters and has been an invited speaker in various national and International conferences. Her articles regularly get feature in various magazines and newspapers.
Dr. Farida Modi has been an investigator in various clinical trials. Her passion to learn better and newer techniques in Esthetic Dermatology continues.
