Dr. Janak Thakkar (DVD, MD ) is a Dermatologist and Cosmetologist from Rajkot, who is having 30+ years of experience in this field. He has completed his MD ( Skin ) in 1983 from BJMC Ahmadabad. Dr. Janak is Medical Director and Trustee at Jaynath Hospital as well he is the medical director and founder of "OrnaSkin" also which is the largest and most advanced cosmetology center of Rajkot - Saurashtra. And it is equipped with most modern and world-class instruments.

Dr. Janak is a pioneer in many cosmetology treatments since 1984. With wonderful years of experience and skills, he has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences. He has been a well-known faculty and trainer in workshops for Cosmetic Dermatology in the various national & international platforms. He has given more than 12 scientific publications in many journals. He features his presence in many Talk shows on TV and Radio stations.

Dr. Janak is an active member of IADVL as well he has given his service as a State president in IADVL Gujarat, where he has done a successful surgical workshop. He has been part of Dermacon 2013 with the position of Joint Secretary. He is the founder president of the Cosmetic Dermatology Society of Rajkot & Organised successful first CDCON at Ahmedabad in 2015 with CDA & CDSS. He has received the award for the "Best Citizen " of Rajkot.
