Dr. Bipin Deshpande (M.B.B.S., D.V.D., F.A.A.D. (USA), Fellow American Academy of Dermatology) is a pioneer in India for "Radiofrequency Surgery" & "Photobiomodulation Treatment". He is Head of the Department of Cosmetology at Noble Hospital. Presently he is practicing Dermatology & Aesthetic with an experience of 31 years. He based in Pune.

Dr. Bipin Deshpande is the founder of RUBY HEALTH CARE PVT. LTD. He has presented more than 40 Research Papers at National Dermatology & Dermatosurgery conferences and more than 25 Research Papers at International Dermatology conferences & American Academy of Dermatology. He has introduced Photobiomodulation Treatments in India with LED Phototherapy in 1996. He has introduced Radiofrequency Surgery in India in Dermacon 2000

As well as one International Teaching Workshop in Cairo in 2007. he has been invited as a Faculty Guest Speaker at many National and International Conferences including IMCAS India and DASIL. He is an established author of 2 books, Practical Manual of Cosmetic Dermatology and Surgery and Procedural Dermatosurgery A Step by Step Approach.
